In mid-June my wife and I had the opportunity to meet you when you visited our home to give us a estimate for repairing our brick patio area. We have used Smith Tree & Landscaping for several years for tree trimming and lawn care and have been very happy with the services that they have provided.

When you first arrived to make the estimate, it was obvious that we were talking to a professional. Your understanding of what we were looking for was uncanny, and your suggestions greatly appreciated. Once we decided to go ahead, we were pleasantly surprised at the short turnaround time before the work commenced. Once the crew arrived, we were impressed with the skill and professionalism of your team. They listened to our every concern, and it was obvious that they were highly skilled and hard-working individuals.

Once the project was completed, the crew did a final clean-up leaving the entire work area spotless. We can now enjoy our beautiful patio.

While I fully expected you to provide me with an answer to my question, you went over and above when you came out for a site visit. Please know that technician Joe Wetoskey provided great customer service, including offering to come back the next day to spray because of the weather, which was much appreciated.

He was also knowledgeable regarding potential fungus my lawn has, suggesting some options. I appreciated his service, including the fact he was very nice to my dog! Thanks Joe!
